Metal Christmas tree ornaments are durable and will bring holiday cheer for years to come. Your festive photo will print on the front of the ornament, and your new Mr. & Mrs. names & wedding date will print on the back side, in high resolution with a glossy finish. Their surface is scratch and chip-resistant, so they can be stored safely for next year’s holiday. Choose any or all of these four shapes—bell, tree, round, and oval—and it already comes with a separate red ribbon for hanging.

Made to order and individually printed direct-to-item (NOT a decal) on high quality, lightweight but durable aluminum – will not weigh down your tree branches, and they are great for homes with children or pets. Add to cart, review your order, and double-check your shipping address. Checkout. Check back for a reply message with your proof/mockup. After you approve your proof, please wait patiently while your custom-designed, one-of-a-kind gift is printed and shipped! Enjoy!

PROOFS/MOCKUPS:
We meticulously create your custom design and usually send a proof/mockup to you within 3 business days. (Proofs/mockups are only sent for your review if it is a complex design. If it is just a basic text change or color change, we will NOT send a proof/mockup unless you request it when purchasing.) You can RUSH your proof by purchasing the following listing. PLEASE NOTE: Rushing your proof does NOT rush processing of your item or expedite shipping of your package.

CUSTOM TEXT OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
Please fill in the personalization section before checkout. Double-check for typos or misspellings. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SPELLING, GRAMMAR, OR PUNCTUATION ERRORS. The layout will be determined based on how many words and characters you provide, and the color(s) and font(s) will match the look and feel of the main design, unless specified otherwise.

CUSTOM PHOTO ITEMS:
Use the message seller buttons to send us your photo. For best results, please follow our photo guidelines, and make sure you send it as an actual size; full-resolution photo. Most actual size; full-resolution photos are at least 3000 pixels on the short side. Don’t forget to include your order number (with any special instructions) in your message, and check back for a reply message with your proof/mockup to approve.

PHOTO TIPS:

• DOs: Clear, bright, original, uncropped, straight-on photos including every feature you want printed on the item.
• DON’Ts: Blurry or grainy photos, screenshots or downloads from any websites (the quality is too low), far away photos (they lose quality when cropped), cropped photos (they were probably too far away and lost quality when cropped). If you are still not sure if your photo will work, you can send it to us to review BEFORE you purchase. Please understand we cannot send replacements or issue refunds for items with photos that did not follow these guidelines.
• COLOR CORRECTING: We will do our best to color correct any image that we receive, so please make a note if you do not want us to touch-up the photo file.
• PLEASE NOTE: Due to monitor & device differences, the actual color of the finished ornament may vary slightly from the photos in the listing.

(The images on our listings are a combination of samples and mockups, and they accurately represent our actual products.)

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING:
Please allow 7–10 business days once you receive your tracking number to receive your item. If you have any issues at all with your item, please let us know so we can make sure that you’re happy with your ornament! 🙂

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND RETURNS: RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:
Once an order is placed (or a proof/mockup is approved for personalized or customizable items), it is automatically submitted as-is to our production partners. You CANNOT cancel or make any changes to your order after it has been submitted. Also, because of the nature of these items, we CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY PERSONALIZED AND/OR CUSTOMIZED ORDERS. If your item is wrong, damaged, or defective, please send us clear photos of the item(s), so we can evaluate the issue.
