Returns & Refunds for Non-Custom Printed Products
Returns and refunds (not including the initial shipping costs) for non-custom printed products will be accepted if you notify us within ten (10) days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, kindly contact us via our contact page with your order number and we will contact you with an appropriate shipping address where you may return the product. Shipping costs to ship the product back to us is your responsibility and the initial shipping costs you paid when ordering will not be refunded.
Returns for Custom Printed Products
Returns are not accepted for any custom printed products whatsoever. Any issues will be dealt with in accordance with the refund policy detailed below.
Refunds & Replacements for Custom Printed Products
We take pride in the quality of our custom printed products. If there is an error on our part prior to printing your product, such as a misprint or misspelling that is caused by us, or if the print quality is defective in some way, we will gladly provide a replacement product or a refund, at your option. In order to receive a refund or replacement, you must notify us within ten (10) days of receiving your order. To initiate a refund or replacement request, kindly contact us via our contact page with your order number, a detailed description of the error, and photographs of the misprinted or otherwise defective product. If you refuse to provide the information we request to process your refund or replacement request, we may deny your request for a refund or replacement.
Digital and Downloadable Products
Please note that we do not offer refunds for digital or downloadable products. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded. We recommend carefully reviewing the product details before making a purchase. ALL SALES OF DIGITAL AND DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS ARE FINAL.
Upon receipt of your refund request for custom printed goods, our team will assess the situation and respond to your inquiry promptly. If a refund is approved, we will process it and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.
In the event of an error on our part, we will also refund the original shipping charges associated with your order. We believe you should not incur any additional costs due to our mistakes.
